He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lowell Hill and Mamie Ruth Anderson Hill. He is survived by: his wife Regina Lawson Hill of Stuart; his son Wayne Hill of Stuart; his stepson Jamie Holt (Natalie) of Pippa Passes, KY; and his sister Patsy Oakley (Roger) of Stuart.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Moody Funeral Services (202 W Blue Ridge St, Stuart, VA 24171). A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Collinstown Presbyterian Church Cemetery (2868 Collinstown Road, Stuart, VA 24171).
