She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lewis Bandy and Georgia Taliaferro Bandy; her son Darrell Oakley Foley; and her siblings, Martha Jane Baugh and Billy Bandy.
She is survived by: her husband Lewis Oakley Foley; her children, Jerry Foley (Barbara) of Stuart, Lesia Delancey of Stuart, Debra Hopkins (Mike) of Stuart, Michelle Harris (Calvin) of Willis and Stacy Foley (Jennifer) of Mount Airy; her grandchildren, JJ Foley, Amy Eggleston (Matt), Taylor Hopkins (Owen Lange), Sydney Hopkins, Madison Hicks (Sam), Morgan Howell Mason Harris (Logan), Max Harris, Jessica Foley (Jesse Smith), Zachary Foley and Jaylee Foley; her great grandchildren, Evan Foley and Ocean Foley; and her siblings, Bonnie Dawn Doss (Timmy), Faye Meador, Jennifer Poff (Kevin), Mike Bandy, Sandra Carter and Robert Bandy. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Moody Funeral Services (202 W Blue Ridge St, Stuart, VA 24171). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at the Foley Family Cemetery.
