He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Dickerman Chamberlain and Donald Herbert Chamberlain Sr.; and his sisters, Diane and Linda Chamberlain. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Bolton Chamberlain; his daughters, Kristen Butler (Aron) of Woburn, MA, Tara Long of Boston, MA, Jennifer Long and Sarah Long; his sister Jane Chamberlain; his grandchildren, Haleigh, Andrew, Jordan and Julia; and his close friends, Martha Kunze, Wayne and Cathy Forsyth.
