He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelmer Jefferson Nolen and Essie Mae Williams White; and his sisters, Terri Craig and Judy Sarratt (Roger). He is survived by: his wife Linda Weaver Nolen; his children, Michelle Delmedico Daley (James) and James Patrick Nolen II (Tadeu Araujo); his brother Robert Nolen, Sr. (Brownie); and his granddaughters, Caitlin Delmedico and Ella Delmedico.
