She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Duncan Whitlock and Frances Marie Brannon Whitlock; her husband Randy Russell Foster; and her brother Paul Whitlock (Oai). She is survived by: her children, Shawyna Swinehart (Jeff), Jennifer Evans, Sandra Warner (Ben) and Jerry Swinehart; her sister Kathy Seals (Terry); her grandchildren, Mandy Wade (Michael), Taylor Washburn (Terry), Cori Evans, Christian Evans and Bailey Evans; her great grandchildren, Meiah Wade, Paisley Higgs, Mayleigh Wade, Macie Wade, Everette Washburn, Malachi Wade and Clayton Washburn; her close friend Patti Lewis (Miller); and her pets, Gizmo and Spooky.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Christian Faith Baptist Church.
