He is survived by: his parents, Jimmy Nowlin and Becky Nowlin of Stuart; his wife Valarie Nowlin; his stepchildren, Bailey Holt and Brooke Hylton (William); his stepgrandsons, Oliver and Luka Holt; his mother-in-law Brenda Hughes; his brothers-in-law, Timmy Hughes and John Hughes (Beth); his close friend Miss Mali; his uncle Bill; and his aunt Nell Holt. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and wonderful friends.
