She is survived by: her uncle George Callahan Spencer; her grandson Trayvone D. Nowlin of Wytheville, VA; her great grandchild Julian C. Nowlin; her siblings, Joseph E. Spencer (Patty) of Fort Washington, MD, Daniel Richard Spencer, Jr. of Ridgeway, VA, Ronald H. "Ron" Spencer (Stephanie) of Richmond, VA, Verna S. Smith of Richmond, VA and Karen M. Spencer of Stuart, VA; her sister-in-law Angela Faye Spencer of Ridgeway, VA; and her close friend Stephanie Dillard.
