It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nettie Ruth Harbour Winfield of Stuart, Virginia, born in Floyd, Virginia, who passed away on October 17, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Parker Davis Quesenberry and Mary Ellen DeHart Quesenberry; her former life partner J. C. Harley Harbour; her husband Bill Winfield; her daughter Vicky Harbour Purdy; her brothers, Odell, Elmer and Ronnie Quesenberry; and her close friend Kathleen Layman.

She is survived by : her children, Teresa Lancaster of Stuart, Lesia Cockram (Don) of Claudville, James Harbour of Wilsonville and Jeffrey Harbour (Rebecca) of Stuart; her stepdaughter Robin Bryant (Joe) of Martinsville; her brothers, J. G. Quesenberry of Meadows and Billy Quesenberry (Anne) of Patrick Springs; her close friends, Betty Rogers of Patrick Springs and Iris Lawson of Stuart; and her pet Petey. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren.
