He is survived by: his wife Janet Marie Hancock Holt; his son Matthew Holt (Stacey) of Stuart; his grandchildren, Zachary Holt (Addi) of Stuart, Mckenzie Holt (Corby) of Bassett, D'asia Ross of Stuart, Kelon Penn (Jasmine) of Fieldale, Caleb Gregory of Patrick Springs and Aleah Gregory (Cody) of Patrick Springs; his great grandchildren, Madelyn Gregory, Dawson Wyatt and Mallorie Gregory; and his siblings, Jimmy Holt (Nancy) of Stuart, James Holt of Stuart, Walter Holt of Stuart, Patsy Baliles (Benny) of Stuart and Linda Fain (Randall) of Ararat. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Moody Funeral Services (202 W Blue Ridge St, Stuart, VA 24171). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
