It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Virginia Loggins (Stuart, Virginia), who passed away on November 25, 2019, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Tatum and Abbie Rucker Tatum; her husband Robert Johnson Loggins; her granddaughter Railanda Loggins; her great grandchild Rayquan Loggins; and her siblings, Joe, James, William Faye, Glenn, Kyle, Charles Tatum, Dorothy Tatum and Inez Agnew.

She is survived by: her son Rayford George Loggins (Janice) of Asheville; her grandsons, Rayford Maurice Loggins (Izumi) of Okinawa, Japan and Raynard Loggins (Tarsha) of Greensboro; and her siblings, Lucille Hill of Martinsville, Virginia and Ralph Tatum of Fredericksburg, Virginia. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandsons.
