She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Watson and Vadie Lynch Watson; her husband Ralph William Deatherage; and her sisters, Pauline Watson Mitchell, Annie Watson McBride and Jean Watson Lindsay.
She is survived by: her sister Jeraldine Watson Midkiff; and her caregiver Sandra Tarn (Mark). She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and cousins.
