He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Feeney Grayson and Jess Rudolph Grayson; his son Jess Grayson; and his brothers, Jay Grayson Philip Grayson (Elaine), Richard Grayson and Vincent Grayson.
He is survived by: his sister Mary Jane Grayson Whelan; his brother-in-law Bob Westerberg; his nephews, Bobby Westerberg, Patrick Whelan and Mikey Westerberg; his daughter Melissa Grayson; his siblings, Elizabeth Grayson Westerberg and John (Jack); and his siblings-in-law, Sylvia Grayson and Thomas Whelan. He is also survived by many nieces, and nephews, great nieces and great nephews and very adored supportive friends.
