In loving memory of Nathaniel Forbes of Stuarts Draft, Virginia, who departed this world on October 31, 2025 at the age of 101. Nathaniel leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Nathaniel leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John William Forbes, Sr. and Cornelia May Welch Forbes; and his wife Olive Hope Wise Forbes.

A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the St. Michael's Church Cemetery (9803 Rte 837, Bridgewater, VA 22812).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Saint Michael's United Church of Christ Building Fund, PO Box 101, Bridgewater, VA 22812 or a charity of your choice.
