It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ralph Landis Showalter of Stuarts Draft, Virginia, who passed away on June 17, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Samuel Showalter and Edna Mae Showalter (Shank); his siblings, Marjorie Shank (Aaron), Winfred, W. Milton Showalter (Mary Ellen), Lois Herr (Paul), Dorothy, Leonard Showalter (Ann) and Shirley Minnich (R. Herbert); and his great grandchild Jericho Lee Wall.

He is survived by: his wife Joyce E. Showalter (Swartz); his children, Darlene Koblick (Ron) of Stuarts Draft, VA, Nancy Stoll (Johnny) of Stuarts Draft, VA and J. R. Showalter (Laura) of Crozet, VA; his grandchildren, Tara Wall (Ethan), Ben Stoll (Kerry Scannell), Zachary Showalter and Chandler Showalter (Samantha Hart); his sister-in-law Ann Showalter (Leonard); his granddaughter Shannon Eshleman (Anthony); and his caregivers, Teresa, Sandra, Vickey and Chaplain Stephen Henderson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
