He is survived by: his wife Mary Hart Maloney Darden; his daughters, Frances Birdsong Darden Carden (William) and Mary Austin Darden; his grandchildren, Taylor Hart Odom, Henry Hunter Odom III (Grace), Anne Austin Carden Strader (Paul), Emily Shillington Carden Ware (Jack), Elizabeth Birdsong Carden, Catherine Taylor Carden (Connor), Arthur Arden Maloney and Frances Warren Darden Ewing (Zackary); his great grandchild Caroline Darden Strader; and his close friend William Taylor Robinson Strader.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Cedar Hill Cemetery N Main.
