She was predeceased by: her parents, William Harrell and Dora Vann Harrell Wiggins; her husband Phillip Parker; and her sister Maebelle Brown. She is survived by: her daughter Sandra Boswell-Samuels (Curtis); her niece Missionary Dianne Minggia (Pastor Timothy); her sisters, Elsie Wiggins and Mary Sessoms; her grandchildren, David Boswell and Averie Wiggins; her siblings-in-law, Deloris Parker, Barbara Ann Parker, Doris Parker, Bobby Collins (Evelyn) and Raleigh Collins (Lilly); Shakina Teel. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, godchildren.
A wake will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ministries Church (307 County St, Suffolk, VA 23434). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. An entombment will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at the Carver Memorial Cemetery (2320 E Washington St, Suffolk, VA 23434).
