It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Blanche Dragan Jastrebsky of Suffolk, Virginia, born in Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away on March 23, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Frank Dragan; her husband Victor; and her brother Frank Dragan. She is survived by: her children, Karen Shirah and Kevin; and her granddaughter Kristin Satterfieled (Gilbert). She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
