He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Gordon Ray Winnegan, Jr. and Anna Baker Diggs; his stepfather James Diggs; his children, Bobby Ray Winnegan, Jr., Raven Eley, Taija Ruffin, Tyrah Winnegan, Raquan Winnegan and Jakayla Winnegan; and his siblings, Brenda Winnegan, Phillip Winnegan, Janifer Winnegan, Tarsha Cotman, Lamont Lewis, Anthony Holland and Brian Holland. He was also cherished by grandchildren, uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
