She was predeceased by: her parents, R. Wilson Askew and Velma Askew Dilday; and her siblings-in-law, Alan Kent Massey and Pamela Harrell Askew. She is survived by: her pets, Bailey and Lily; her children, Mark Byrd (Kathy), Matt Byrd (Gail) and Julie Byrd; her grandchildren, Lauren Daughtrey (Carson), Katie Dundlow (Tommy), Matthew Byrd, Charles Byrd and Michelle Taylor; her great grandchildren, Colton, Caleb and Eleanor; and her siblings, Sarah Massey and Robert Askew.
