With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carolyn Davis of Suffolk, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 23, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Carolyn may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Carolyn touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Beatrice Davis and Will Davis. She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Murphy, Joyce Wiggins (Chris), Amy King, Shirley Knight and Jacqueline Knight Pearson (Mitchell). She is also survived by grandchildren; thirty great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
