He is survived by: his wife Martha; his children, Phillip Douglas Scalf (Lindsey), Adam Christopher Scalf (Ashlee), Tayla Hamilton, William Dowson (Laura), Marissa Morrison (Lloyd), Alina Dowson (Will) and Andrew Dowson (Elizabeth); and his siblings, Larry David Scalf (Rebecca), Carol Ferrell and Alice Beckett. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
