He is survived by : his mother Betty Jean Steward of Suffolk, VA; his children, Christopher Johnson of Chesapeake, VA, Donta Steward (LaQuita) of Chesterfield, VA, Delonta Watts (Lianie) of Norfolk, VA, Ebony of Newport News, VA, Kris of Newport News, VA, Jackeeta Steward of Newport News, VA and Paula Steward of Richmond, VA; and his siblings, Cynthia Sugars (Darrell) of Newport News, VA, Michelle Steward of Chesapeake, VA, La'Tonya Steward of Suffolk, VA, Paul Steward, Jr. of Suffolk, VA, Brian Steward (Tamgie) of Suffolk, VA and Rodney Steward (Keysha) of Portsmouth, VA. He is also survived by grandchildren, several aunts and uncles, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church (4481 Butler Dr, Suffolk, VA 23437). A burial was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at the Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery (5310 Milners Rd, Suffolk, VA 23434).
