He was predeceased by: his parents, Anderson Henry Clark and Annie Jones Clark; his wife Effie Vick Clark; his siblings, Lydie Howard, Mattie Roach, Bernice Beale, Myrtle Darden, Willie Clark, Carl Clark and Rufus Clark; and his grandson Brandon Cortez.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Lynn Hall, Janet Leigh Bleiler (Bobby), Cheryl Ann Boone and William Calvin Clark; his brother Henry Clark; and his grandchildren, Christina, Ashley, Amber, Christopher, April, Tiffany and Amanda. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorial donations be made to the Nansemond Suffolk Rescue Squad.
