He is survived by: his wife Rebecca "Becky" Arden Horner; his children, Robin Baker (Todd), Rich Reid (Annie), Steve Horner (Georgie), James Horner, David Horner and Cathy Buscarino (Anthony); and his grandchildren, Michael Horner, Jessie Horner, Allyson Horner, Louis Buscarino (Tyler), Kylie Horner (Cate), Cydney Reid, Colleen Lee (Juan), Kyle Baker (Madz), Logan Horner, Baylee Baker, Sarah Moran (Ethan), Mackenzie Horner, Liberty Horner and Jack Henry Reid.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 8th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Grafton Baptist Church (5440 George Washington Memorial Hwy, Yorktown, VA 23692).
