He is survived by: his wife Angela Perry; his daughters, Shelley Kaczkowsky (Edward) and Rana Weaver (Donnie); his stepson Jim Dyess (Melanie); his grandchildren, Will Ellis, Dailey Ellis, Jessica Dyess and Jack Dyess; his sister Sue Carr; and his nephews, Brad Toppin, Randy Toppin and Brian Chappell.
