He is survived by: his wife Linda Person; his children, Quonte Newsome of Franklin, VA and Stacey Newsome (Reese) of Katy, TX; his grandchildren, Amaya Newsome and Stassi Lucas; his mother Bernice Grant; his siblings, Mary Person, Melissa Grant and Glenn Person (Kendra) of Nuremburg, Germany; his aunts and uncles, Mae Cavion Flythe, Georgia Barnes, Joseph Lundy (Mildred), Duke Grant, Glenn Grant and Johnny White; his siblings-in-law, Regina James, Katrina Newsome, Rose Newsome, Cassandra Newsome and Wesley Newsome, Jr.; his niece Trishona Newsome; and his goddaughter Eboni Jackson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
