She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucille and Joseph; and her sister Doretha. She is survived by: her sons, Vernelle (Jaime) and Matthew; her grandchildren, Amarah, Vernelle II, Melitta, Matthew, Jaiden and Cicely-Lucille; and her siblings, Hattie, Monica and Rickardo. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
