It is with sadness that the passing of Debra Lynn Barnett Miller of Suffolk, Virginia is shared. Debra, born on April 7, 1954 in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, passed away on October 21, 2026. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sigma Halstead Barnett and Billie Marie Rogers Barnett; and her daughter Alisha Marie Miller. She is survived by: her friends, Darrold and Peggy Kemp; her husband David R. Miller, Sr.; her son David R. Miller, Jr. (Tammi Doughtie); her granddaughter Rowen Meadow Miller; her brothers, David A. Barnett and Bill Barnett; Tommy E. Miller (Debbie Miller) and Crystal Miller Teller (Sam D. Teller). She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
