He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald O. Hawkins and Judy Hawkins of Portsmouth, Virginia.. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Brantley Hawkins; his brother Andy (Merilee Hawkins); his nephews, Drew, Sam and Jeremy; and his sister Susan Hawkins.
In lieu of flowers, it is suggested that a donation might be considered for the Ebenezer UMC Endowment Fund.
