She was predeceased by: her parents, John Tennie Satterfield and Effie Catherine Carrol Satterfield; her husband James Joseph Cruden; and her sons, Patrick and John Cruden.

She is survived by: her daughter Cathy C. Dustin (Timmy); and her siblings, Sara Satterfield, June Wilk (Louis) and John T. Satterfield, III (Carolyn). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
