He was predeceased by: his father Arnold Walter Polhemus. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Danser Polhemus; his wife Marites Ojenal Polhemus; his children, Nacasa P. Greene (Zachary Greene), Michael D. Polhemus (Joclyn Polhemus) and Gabriel H. Polhemus; his grandchild Mahalia Polhemus; and his brothers, Wayne Polhemus and Raymond Polhemus (Doreen Polhemus).
