He was predeceased by: his parents, Chatt Mizell and Mildred Perry. He is survived by: his siblings, Betty Wynn, Clifton Mizell and Lonnie Perry Jr.; his children, Amod Mizell, Edward Mizell Jr., Jihad Barret and Ebony Barrett; and the mothers of children, Virginia Ann Hamlin and Karen Barrett. He is also survived by his grandchildren, cousins, nephew, nieces all his relatives and friend.
