He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd B. Lewis, Sr. and Ethylene Baines Lewis; and his brother John H Lewis Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Carol Darden Lewis; his children, Robert (Rachel) of Suffolk and Brenda Boothe (Rick) of Creedmoor, NC.; his grandchildren, Melissa Santa Ana (Max) of Burke, VA, Stephen Lewis (Betsy) of Capron, VA, Jacob Boothe (Katlyn) of Creedmoor, NC and Joshua Boothe of Creedmoor, NC; his great grandchild Olivia Boothe; and his sisters, Mary Virginia Grode, Marjorie Darden and Judy Mastros.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holy Neck Christian Church (4400 Holy Neck Rd, Suffolk, VA 23437). Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Holland Cemetery.
