He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Hatfield and Fleetwood Mckinley Turner Sr.; and his brother William "Peter" Turner. He is survived by: his sons, Franklin S. Turner Jr. (Maria), Robert Adolphus Turner and David M. Turner (Linda); his grandsons, Justin, Miguel and Isaac Turner; his siblings, Eleanor Wilkins (Fred), Jackie Redd (Lynn), Carroll Turner (Jane) and Fleetwood Turner Jr.; his sister-in-law Janet Turner; and his caregiver Carolyn Bracy.
