He was predeceased by : his parents, Eugene M. Wiley and Virginia Blair Wiley; and his sister Sharon Wiley Higgins. He is survived by : his wife Valerie Wiley; his daughter Kaleigh Zehr; and his son-in-law Marcus Zehr.
