He was predeceased by: his parents, George Elmer Betts and Callie Louise Johnson Betts. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Elaine Snedden Betts; his sons, Michael Allen Betts and Andrew George Betts; and his siblings, Patricia B. Ryan (David) and John Betts.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to New Creation United Methodist Church.
