She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert M. Tolliver and Elizabeth Rene North Tolliver; and her husband Billy Ray Smith Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Billy Ray Smith Jr. (Tonya) and Sharon Renee Tallarico (Ken); her grandchildren, Heather Teel (Robert), Brandi Thedford (Josh), Daniel Fuchs (Nichole Credle) and Braelyn Fuchs; her great grandchildren, Mason, Alaina, Alexis and Adelyn; her stepdaughters, Patricia Mowery and Alicia Poe; her stepgrandchildren, Taylor Mowery and Alex Poe; and her siblings, Ernie Tolliver (Teresa) and Vernie Minton. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 29th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Parr Funeral Home & Crematory (3515 Robs Dr, Suffolk, VA 23434). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 29th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
