He was predeceased by: his parents, Mongolden Blizzard and Lillie Artis Blizzard (Rose Swann Blizzard); and his children, Glenn C. Blizzard, Jr. and Lillian Copeland (Lynn). He is survived by: his daughters, Gwendolyn (Rollon) and Beverly Blizzard-Boothe of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Abbott of Suffolk and Charles of Maryland; and his adoptive son Tyrone Upshur of Norfolk. He is also survived by three nephews, 10 grandchildren.
