She is survived by: her husband Dewey Elijah Proctor; her children, Marcella Katherine Murtha and Richard Lee Proctor; her grandchildren, Stacie LeighProctor Daniel Elijah (Greg), Elizabeth Rummage, Michael (Richard), Kimberly Mchale-Allen, Garrett (Richard), Joshua, Aaron, Nicholas (Elizabeth), Grayson (Kimberly), Josiah, Jayden, Jarrod, Gabriel, Joy Miera and Auron (Stephan); and her siblings, Mills Robert Pulley III, Jennie, Margaret Hershberger, Barbara Madures and Jim.
