He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bernard O'Berry Sr. and Sally Porter O'Berry; and his brothers, Robert Bernard O'Berry, Jr. and Gene William O'Berry. He is survived by: his wife Betty Holland O'Berry; his children, Cynthia O'Berry Vanderburg (Paul) of Sun City, SC, Gregory Richard O'Berry (Marian) of Chesapeake, VA and Tracy Dianne O'Berry (Scott); his granddaughter Tara O'Berry Chin-Sang (Eric) of Seattle, WA; his sister-in-law Nancy Johnson O'Berry of Franklin, VA; his nephews, Gene William O'Berry Jr., Mike O'Berry and Mark O'Berry; his aunt Marion Howell of Franklin, VA; and his cousins, Nancy Parker Matthews, Marilyn Parker Bertrand, Ray Blythe, Walter O'Berry and Janet Hundley.
