He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Coyle Massey and Alfaretta Gaines; and his son Harold E. Massey, Jr. (Maine). He is survived by: his wife Brenda P. Massey; his sons, Lonnie (Diane) of Austin, TX, Kevin (Wilma) of Providence, RI, Dwayne of Providence, RI, Keith (Louisa) of Westport, MA, Travis of Stoughton, MA and Eric; his grandchildren, Belinda (Greg) of Apex, NC, Darcene of Suffolk, VA and Michelle (Tim) of Covington, GA.; his sisters, Floretta Sheffield and Lorretta Massey; Eric. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren, 50 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
