She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Madara and Lucy Madara; her brother Raymond "Ray" Madara; and her granddaughter Briella Bailey. She is survived by: her husband David Anthony Terrell Jr. (Amtrak); her son Anthony Terrell (Gretchen); her grandchildren, Luke and Gemma; her daughter Teresa Bailey; her grandchildren, Maddox and Colton; her brother Alfred Thomas "Tommy" Madara (Carol); and her sister-in-law Kim Madara. She is also survived by brothers- and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, and grandnieces and grandnephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that memorial donations be made to Catholic Charities USA in Helen's memory.
