He is survived by: his children, Melinda Anne Smith (Mark Duntley) and Matthew Brian Smith; his granddaughters, Sophia Smith Duntley (Austin Eckel) and Leila Anne Duntley; his great grandchild Adelaide Duntley; his sister Harriet Smith Lindblom; and his niece Beth Lindblom Patkus.
