He is survived by: his wife Linda Lally Thomson; his children, Russell Kesterson (Alexis Weathersbee), Mary Lau (Luis) and Daniel Thomson; his grandchildren, Roni Welch (Greg), Briana Coins, AJ Kesterson, Anthony Lau, Dominic Kesterson, Isabela Lau, Thomas Lau and Kaitlyn Thomson; his great grandchild Sophia Welch; his daughter-in-law Meghan Thomson; and his siblings, Barbara Taylor, Kaye Smith and Lloyd Thomson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
