She is survived by: her spouse Jesse Boone; her children, James Tyrone Pittman Jr. (Kelly), Bakari Jamal Pittman (Alicia), Ciara Nicole Jones (Marcus) and Frank Lowell Eley; and her grandchildren, Tykirra Kelly, Jayla Pittman, Sariah Riddick, Jamari Kareem Pittman, Khole Eley, Kennedy Jones, Marcus Jones Jr., Dream Eley, Tru Eley and Summer Eley.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 939 Copeland Rd, Suffolk, VA 23434. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the St. Paul Church (619 Spruce St, Suffolk, VA 23434).

Her compassion extended beyond the church through her support of organizations like Light the Night and the American Heart Association.
