She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Columbus Wilkins and Violet Irene Tolbert Wilkins. She is survived by: her husband Willie Wyatt Roberts; her daughter Evette R. Eure (Jason); her grandchildren, Cole and Zoe Eure; and her siblings, Debbie Wilkins Perry (Alvah) and H. Wayne Wilkins (Gail). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

“To the family of Janice, I met Janice at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, where she was the bookkeeper. She was so easy to get to know. I usually am ill-at-ease with new people, but Janice was so welcoming, warm, and upbeat. I looked forward to going into the office and talking with her. She always had a beautiful smile on her face, and inquired about how I was doing. Even though she had health issues, she would rarely talk about them. Heaven has gained a beautiful angel.”
