He was predeceased by: his uncle Fire Chief Billy Crook of Gallatin. He is survived by: his wife Dr. Melissa Crook; his children, Kayln, Adalyn Crook and Myles Crook; his parents, David Crook and Bonnie Crook of Gallatin; his sister Sarah Hosier (Brian) of Gallatin; and his nephews, Carter Rosenboom, Aaron Hosier and Kellen Hosier. He is also survived by his family, friends.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be sent to the Disabled American Veterans National Services Foundation or American Legion Post 17 of Gallatin, TN.
