He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome W. Nipper and Doris L. Nipper; and his siblings, Donna Nipper Riggs, TJ Nipper, Colin Nipper, Dennis Lewis and Donald Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah H. Nipper; his children, Tiffany Yero (J. R.), Michael Nipper (Monica) and Brian Nipper (Ginny); his brothers, Darrell Nipper, Raymond Nipper and Rodney Nipper; his grandchildren, Savannah Felts (Ashton), Casey Nipper, Gracie Kane (Cameron), Madison Yero, Calah Dorsch-Danello and Blakely Nipper; and his great grandchild Silas Kane.
