He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Brinkley and Myrtie Brinkley. He is survived by: his daughters, Virginia Engle (Rob), Amy Hayden and Jessica Brinkley (Justin); his grandchildren, Forrest Ingalls, Dylan Engle, Derek Hudson, Kenneth Hayden Jr., Grace Hayden, Nicholas Yaeger and Brady Swickard; his siblings, Floyd Brinkley (Louise), Earl Brinkley, John Brinkley (Cindy) and Betty Jo Harris (Joe); his sisters-in-law, Betty June Brinkley and Doris Tarkington Brinkley; his close friend Catherine Brinkley; and his nephew Shawn Brinkley (Melissa). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
