He was predeceased by: his parents, John David Andrew, Sr. and Virginia Mae Tyler Andrew. He is survived by: his significant other David Black; his children, Stephanie Andrew, Benjamin Andrew and Justin Andrew (Lacey); and his sisters, Deborah Marthers (Wendell) and Kim "Gippy" Andrew. He is also survived by two grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and nephews.
